It worked whit fluid extracts obtained by reflux and percolation with respect to 1 gram of dry vegetal and liter of drinkable alcohol, it was producing four formulations quality control of raw materials, fluid extracts , process and finished product, with parameters based on OMS, AOAC, Ecuadorian Rules for Phytotherapical for crude drug INEN, USP, XXIII, XXV. The mouth wash was prepared using 40mL of each extract with 750mL of distilled water, 100mL of alcohol, 2 grams of potassium sorbate, and coloring and flavoring. Quality control is performed based on parameters of the USP 25, in the microbiological analysis for the parameters of the USP 27, it determined the absence of total coliforms, molds, yeasts and 10 CFU/g aerobic mesophiles, making it safe to use this product .It was mode therapeutic efficacy studies come to the conclusion that the formulation containing aloe vera extracts of parsley with a concentration of 40% have 97.7% of excellent efficiency. Mouth wash obtained with this formulation indicated could replace commercial products without and problems as indicated by this study.
